The city of Manila will test the tornado sirens the 4th Friday of every month, starting tomorrow 3-22-2024.

City hall is now open through the noon hour for your convenience.

Hey Manila! PICKLEBALL IS HERE!!! Come on out to the community center Tuesday, February 6th, from 5:00 to 8:30. 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Don’t forget to pull your trash cans back of the road after your trash is picked up.

ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED FOR THE TRASH TRUCK TO PICK IT UP. THIS IS CITY ORDINANACE #2013-03 THIS WENT INTO EFFECT JULY 15, 2013.

FYI—If you would like the city to pick of leaves, you will have to put them in trash bags and set them close to the road. If leaves are not in bags they will not be picked up.

Manila City Council meeting is the second Monday of every month at 6:00 pm at the old city hall building.

Manila has a new space to rent for parties, showers, etc. The building where Tackers Shake Shack was. And don’t forget that we have the community center if you need a larger space. Call city hall for details.

Mississippi County Literacy Council is open in Manila at 104 Baltimore at noon. Will be providing FREE adult literacy classes to anyone who needs assistance in reading, math, computers etc. If interested call Alicia Rounsavall at 870-278-2737.
